You have to kill the owners of the buildings or lead them out of the city. Its easier just to kill them and wait out the fine though. Im having trouble buying one of the warehouses. It doesnt seem to have an owner. Oh and btw, you can't buy the chiefs house as far as I can tell.
Beware I have bought both glade and oakvale. If you kill the owners and bring in renters everyone will know of your past deed except guards and run away, take away their shop items etc. I am having trouble reversing this so if anyone could help that would be a life saver
Um you have to to divine fury like 15 time in a row to kill him and the chiefs house cost like 300k hope you have a lot of money
