What you have to do is find her necklace...it's in between two boats on the beach in Oakvale.
If you want, while finding the necklace, go to the Oakvale Graveyard. There will be to men talking to each other. If you walk towards them they'll get mad, if you walk around the wall behind them you can listen to what they're saying. They only tell you the location of the necklace, but at least this gives you something to do if you're bored.
