Try to refrain from caps as a side note. People thinking your yelling at them and it's not easy on the eyes. But anyway, I'll give you a link to every step of the clues. Ya gotta have and do them all in order.

"Clue 1 - Finish the Bounty Hunt quest
Clue 2 - Abandoned Road, finish the Lost Trader quest
Clue 3 - Kill all of the assassins in the Assassin Attacks quest, the last
Assassin will have this on him.
Clue 4 - Knothole Glade, get over 200 in the Archery Competition
Clue 5 - Orchard Farm, follow the path towards the water, and look to the left
Until you come upon a chest.
Clue 6 - Windmill Hill, in an unlocked chest behind the windmill building.

And follow the laterns the top parts point in directions follow them and youll find what seek
