Unfortunately not in the main missions mode. You can however control her in multiplayer mode but you have to have entered the cheat. To access multiplayer mode enter CHEAT.EXE at the hacking zone then enter D5C55D1E to unlock multiplayer mode.

To answer your question, you can only be Trinity in multiplayer mode. Now, let me tell all you something. You can't be Trinity, Neo, or Morpheus because this game was created for a reason, other than entertainment. That is to illustrate what happened to Niobe and Ghost during the second Matrix movie, Matrix Reloaded.

With an Action replay you can be her and those dudes who go semi invisible to dodge bullets and to heal themselves they have that instead of Focus but it still goes in slowmotion
