All you do is type in Cheat.exe and you will have it.

Just type in cheat.exe, oh and did not have to beat the game so many times to get the cheat menu, you could have done with any of your game files-completed or not. : )

In hacking type in CHEAT.EXE and it will come up in the far left and you have to press that and then put your cheats in
