Does anyone know what you do in "Spark's Training Construct"? And why can't you enter some doors?

I wish I knew I've got the 2 red doors open but I have no clue what you do in the 2nd one......and I have no clue how to open the green doors.

Because you need keys to open the other doors (which you don't get so don't get excited) and in one door you do targwet practice and in the other you eventuaslly come to a room where people keep coming in..... Its a test to see how long you can survive
