In this perticular game unlike most of the other FIFAs the players controlled by a computer in ameture difficulty will run in sync with you, eg if you run forward they will run forward. Although be warned if two players run at you at the same time one will go for the ball...

Okay, the process is fairly simple. Set the difficulty to Ametuer (Easy) as it's the best way to practise this. Now, score a few goals (maybe 3-5) - this will be easy, and get a good player (Maybe set the stats of the on-field players to 99 EVERYTHING; in other words, maxed out stats) to dribble the ball to the centre of the circle on the halfway line. Dribble the ball without bumping into ANY players to the very edge of the half-way circle on the opponents end of the field (Maybe check on the radar to make sure the opponent goal-keep isn't on the goalline) and hold down the B button until the shot-power bar is almost full. The ball should fly through the air, over the goalkeepers head and out of his reach, and into the back of the net.

To get an easy goal when your right by the keeper press the black button and you will try chip the ball over his head it normally gets a goal.

To kick free-kicks easy when you have a free kick use your left joy-stick and hold it up when your about to shoot when you shoot you'll get better kicks on target.
Go on to transfer window sign free agent players and sell them this will bring you extra cash.

If You play your younger players more often, more and more as much as you can, you will find their Overall ratings go up even more at the end of each season. But that hint doesnt work with older players as they're over their peak!
