Play the Yellow Turban Rebellion level on hard difficulty. When the level starts, defeat the generals in this order: Pei Yuan Shao, Zhang Man Cheng, Zhang Bao, Zhang Liang, Bo Zhang, Cheng Yuanzhi. The sub-generals don't matter. If you have the level 9 great sword, Holy Avenger, then you will get the level 10 sword, Fu Xi's Sword.
