Unlock Extra Item Slots
At the 'Buy/Ability' menu purchase ALL stats upgrades for the level you're in to get additional Item Slots.
Unlock 3rd Item Slot:
In 'Musou: Acendancy' max out each stat level.
Unlock 4th Item Slot:
In 'Musou: Swordsman' max out each stat level.
Unlock 5th Item Slot:
In 'Musou: Stealth' max out each stat level.
