You get up automatically, but I think it's faster if you push a lot of buttons and move the wii remote and nunchuck a lot, and when you K.O. An opponent 3 times, it won't get up, hope this helps

There is no way to get up using buttons or something like that but if you only get hit occasionally and slowly have your health decrease you will be more likely to rise then if you get punched in rapid succession and quickly get knocked to the ground.

When you get knocked out, you get up automatically.
You can click a lot of buttons and shake the wiimote and nunchuck a lot, but I'm not sure if this actually makes you get up faster.

When your opponent gets knocked down, the will eventually stay down.
The faster you knock your opponent out, and the more critical hits you get, the less amount of times you have to knock your opponent out.

Try alternating Z on the Nunchuk and B on the Wii Remote really fast. I'm not sure if it actually makes a difference, but it usually comes back up that way. To keep your opponent down, knock them down at least three times. Occasionally they'll go in two, but usually it takes three.
