Possible to choose opponent in boxing?

Is is possible to change my opponent in boxing to a Mii I've created. Other sites say it's possible, but can't figure out how. Thanks for helping a newbie gamer out!

Yes it is possible. To do this, simply create a Mii and go into boxing. Now pick the Mii, it should be there once you enter the boxing. If not, press select Mii
