Why do I sometimes lose points after I've won a game? I'm assuming I made some stupid mistake or haven't improved according to the standards of the game, but it seems if I won a game, I should gain points. At least in a perfect world..thanks!

The higher your rank is,the better you should be playing.You didn't play that match as good as your rank expect you to.That is also why when you first start you still gain points even if you lose sometimes.

Well this is because you need to beat your record that you have done before so that means you must try to top your best score everytime. I hoped this helped.
