Question for Toy Story 3: The Video Game

Why doesnt buzz lightyear lazer work when we are trying to break the crystals? My son past the flying part and got past the meteor shower and past the flying rocks but not he has to break the crystals and buzz's laser doesnt work :(

Just keep holding the button down and if runs out start holding it down again and it should blow up

Having the same issue but we are playing it on a wii u system and thought that might be part of the problem.

So if you point the Wii remote at the place you want it to be on the tv
