I cannot find the plans for the chisle to move the rock on gysier plains. I have been everywhere on all three islands and I have not received the plans for it....how do I get them?

Well youll go to your work bench, and go to tools,and there is somthing called a stone chisle.click there and select CRAFT that shold work.hope that helped.
