Question for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

I'm stuck at the Silent Realm the second on Lanayru's Wisdom. Either the Watchers spot me, I run out of spirit, or I fall through the quicksand. What should I do?

It's pretty much touch and go in the Silent Realm. Locate all of the tears as in just knowing where they are and how to get to them. Grab a few to keep the guardians at bay, but for the first time, you're just exploring. Know your limits in the quicksand. There is a certain distance that Link can sprint in the quicksand before getting swallowed up. Don't start sprinting until he is right at the edge where the ground meets the quicksand and know where you need to go (obviously).
Other than that, just try again and again. As an adaptive player, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it, right Zelda Master? Lol

Like Avalanche019 said, it's pretty much touch and go. There is a hard to get one on top of the Mining Facility.

I had to cheat for this one as annoyingly the mining facility wasnt ther so I moonjumped to those
