In The Great Maze, why can't I see the rest of the stage?
Normally when you play Subspace Emissary, the screen follows Player 1 so that you can see the stage around you. This only works for me when my character walks right. If I walk left, even though there's more stage to see, I can't see it--the screen/"camera" doesn't follow me.
It's extremely difficult to maneuver and attack monsters when I can't see them. What's wrong and how can I fix this?

The problem might be that your at a all of a segment of a stage.
When in the Great Maze you're only at part of it. Don't worry. This is normal.

You might not be able to go back because you are just at that part of the stage
