LAAAG!!!

OK then. Every time,I think,I go to play Brawl on Wi-Fi and want to play online, the game kinda slows down and the button response is slow. Does anyone have any idea on why this is? I believe my Internet connection is good. (It works OK on my Mario Kart Wii.)
Any help would be great! Thanks.

This happens to me all the time but I think I can help you out easily with this.
Since you get LAG on Super Smash Bros Brawl, means that you're not at a good spot to get connection with the game. If you go to a different location that also have Wi-Fi Connection, chances are that you might get real good connection with uncommon chances of LAG or a real bad spot with a really high chance of LAG. Since I do this weekly,I get good to bad signal every time of the week, but going somewhere else helps me out!=D
Hope this helps.

.Impact answered:

Depends on who you're battling actually. If you're in America and the other is in China, then expect alot of lag.

jose22_1986 answered:

Yeah it's probably who you're playing against or the fact that Brawl is prone to lag, it has alot of problems with lag more than most games.

TwilightPrince answered:

It depends on the other Person's connection as well.
If your opponent is far away then it's it will lag a lot.
Wi-Fi on Brawl is awful.

Mario Kart on Wifi is fine.

guy in oakland answered:

How to resolve this:play people in your region.I do it and experience no lag whatsoever.

nintendo dude answered:

It depends on both of the people's connection, and the distance between each other.

EV1LToonlink answered:

You should just wait for the nest super smash bros Assault because you can get the setting for example:City,State,Country,Continent,World! But too bad luck on the wire.
