Well you have to go to the SSE mode to use them.and no sadly you can't use them in regular brawls

And to complete guy in oakland's answer, go to stickers(in subspace emissary) and paste them in a plate-like platforms. Each character has one. Some stickers increase the character's attack, some increase his/her speed, trophys/stickers found, et cetera. Hope this helps and have fun experimenting with stickers!

There are just a few more details:
You have a limited amount of space. The really powerful stickers are big, so you can't use as many.
Also, each sticker boosts a different kind of attack (electric, grass, etc.) These stickers can only be used by certain characters, whose icons are listed if you go to Sticker Center. (Vault>Trophies and Stickers>Sticker Center)

Go to SSE mode and go to add stickers and choose wisley to pick waht sticker!I see other people helped,HOPE I HELPED!!!

To spell this out for anyone who still doesn't get it, go to main menu, then the single player menu, then the sub-space emissary menu, then click on stickers, and place them on the bottom of the trophy you want by using R and L. Place stickers saving space remembering that the bigger the better, while still getting variety for all-around protection. Okay. Now you know.

Go To Subspace Mode,Then Apply The Wanted Stickers(Some Stickers Can Be Only Used By Certain Characters (EX:Marth-Eliwood.)
