Although I have defeated Tabuu, I have had Jigglypuff, Toon Link and Wolf join me, I still have only 88% completed... And some areas on the map don't have a green flag like the rest... Can someone help please?

Uh...not having a green flag is a good thing? It should glow in a rainbowish way. At the stages with the green flags, you'll want to redo them because you haven't gotten everything in them. Once you don't have any green flags, you should have 100%. Am I missing anything? Hope this helps!

You have missed a few things so I think you need to get them then the flags will turn into a rainbow color. I hoped this helped.

You haven't gotten all CD's avaiable in the stages. For a stage to be clreaded 100% the flag must be a Rainbow Color.
