I noticed that when you fight some bosses e.g. The Master Hand, they have HP instead of damage percentage and I was wondering if it was possible to unlock this to use in brawls, tournaments etc?

Sorry you cannot do HP mode I have tried myself but there are life stock mode if you want to play that mode. I hoped this helped.
