The ???? Means that it's an event or a mode that you haven't unlocked yet, and Nintendo didn't want to spoil it for you.

In events, no. But sometimes when you look at the "challenges" page, you'll see sum trophies that say "clear ???? On hard", or something. In that case, the ???? Is really all-star mode that will appear on the main solo page once you umlock every character. Hope this helps, and good luck

You probably have to play classic mode or something. But thats what I have in the trophy room as well. I hoped this helped.
