I'm at the bowser faces part. I really need help on the bottom right and top left and they're off screne. HOW DO I GET THERE!?!

Go in that general direction, and find a door. That should lead you to another room, which should be closer to the Marks. Just head for doors that are closest to the Marks.
Btw, the map expands as you hit new rooms. Just thought id let you know that.

As said before, just look for doors you haven't gone through. The doors are represented by dots on the map. If you need more clues about where to go, there are a few sites with a map of the maze.

Welll I was freakin out when it happened to me but then this way worked for me.
Everytime I killed one of the clone's. I went to the place where I fight tabuu, and then when I walked out of the room, I looked closely and there was a white dot just there, I went to it and it was a door, I went into the door and it got me to the other bowser face's and I complteted the S.S.E. It worked for me so why wont it work for you!!!
