Does anyone know what the little papers that float around are for?

The papers that float around are stickers which can be used in SSE.

Those papers are stickers that you use to power cheracters in the SSE.

And here's how to use your stickers: first play subspace emissary, then, in the map, select "stickers" and you will see a big area of each character where you can paste your stickers. Each sticker raises one stat, like attack(arm) or launch power for example, but be careful, the stickers that you paste cannot return to your album. The stats the stickers raise don't stack up, so pasting more than one of the same stickers won't work and will end up in a sticker waste. To see your sticker album go to the vault section and select "stickers and trophies" there you can see all your trophies and stickers. Hope I helped

The papers are actually stickers.the only thing you can do with them is use them in SSE mode to power certain characters up and view them in your gallery

Those are stickers there are 700 different stickers in the game and you can see them in the sticker album

They are stickers. You can use them to power up characters in SSE and otherwise are for collecting and making pictures.

They are stickers which you can either use to p[ower yourself up, or make pictures in the sticker gallery. You also need certain numbers of stickers to complete certain challenges!
