Smash taunts will not work

Alright I have tried a bunch of times to do snakes smash taunt, it wont work. I get the smash ball and do the taunt thing, he does the position, and then I hear the message sound but after that nothing happens. What should I do? (same for fox and falco)

You don't need the Smash Ball and you only have to lightly touch the Taunt button.

No need for the smash ball, but for Fox and Falco, you need to wait for the warp on Lylat Cruise. There are 5 warps, so there are five different kinds of communications.

To activate a smash taunt, do a down tauntfor a split second. For fox and falo, wait for the warp to finish. If that doesnt work, make sure your using the right stage for the charecter. IF NONE OF THAT WORKS, your doing something wrong.

Also make sure during the warp, no one may use a final smash and/or a dragoon or it all fails.

Cause it doesn't work when you have the Smash ball.
