CDs and other challenges

1.Can some one give me a list on how to get all the CDs?????
2. Also can someone tell me how to get all the hard trophies to get and how many trophies are there in all????

There are numerous ways to get CDs. You cannot get them in "one-go" or all at the same time. Here is a list of ways you can get CDs:
1. While fighting in a brawl stage a CD can rarely fall and you will be able to obtain it with A.
2. By completing Challenges in Challenge mode.
3. In Subspace Emissary you can find one just laying there.

You can tell that you found a rare trophy in Subspace Emissary because it will be in a Yellow with orange, inside of it, box. Other then that you can't tell if it is a rare trophy without knowing how it looks like. There are over 500 trophies.

CDs-find them randomly while fighting, clearing challenges,or find them in them in special boxes or deafeting an enemy in the S.S.E.

And also about the trophies, I don't know exactly how many there are but the rare throphies you get them in speceal boxes colered yellow in the S.S.E., get them by beating challenges, thow a trophie stand at a enemy after being weakened to turn them to a trophie, or you get them radomly.
