My friend says that he has crystal in ssbb but I don't because the game says that I've already unlocked all the characters and I don't have crystal.is he telling the truth and if he is can you tell me how to get him/her

What your friend is talking about that fox and falco's secret taunts include Krystal's picture and her voice acter from assault.

Correct, when using the gc controller(easiest with gc), as fox, falco or wolf repeatedly use the up and down taunts til you see the character you selected groan and stop moving and crouch, then when you pass a certain part(Lylat or Corneria) they will talk, (they in Krystal, Slippy, Peppy, and all them)

And a small box appears on the screen and she starts talking.
