This might be a stupid question but where is the safe in the bank in 2-3?

You know the block that the vase was on, right? Jump onto it and go to the right. Then when you are on the second floor where the doors are, go to the left wall and flip. Then you can go more to the left and there will be a block. Hit it and a ladder will appear. Go up it and there will be these electric thingys that you can avoid using Slim. Once you get to the safe it will ask for an 8-digit code. The code is 41262816. Then you will get 1,000,000 rubees.

Matt_c_1 is correct but just in case you don't know where Slim is this is where he is. Okay, I wil start where he did at the block with the vase. Jump up right and use Peach to hover over the gap to the other side. Keep going until you get to a wall. Flip go through and open the chest. Slim comes out and he joins you. Slim makes you thin and you can go through certain things and avoid enemies.
