Go to one of the houses with noone in it and flip to find a pipe. Go in it and continue on from there.

You have to return to one of the little house's in the beginning before the green man. The little ole man is watchitt...he calls on his cell phone and tells the green man to open the bridge. If I remember it is the 3rd door..I think
