The Piccolo Pixl is used for several things. One, you can use it to cure status ailments. Two, you can change sound effects and music for the character you are using. Three, it is used on special objects with a musical note on them like Piccolo's. Four, it can be used in the Underwhere in the battle against the Underchomp. Use it to put all three heads to sleep, then attack the heads. It makes the battle take about only 6 turns. Hope it helps!
