Where is the preson who gave you the second pure heart?I need the sound pixl,it is cool.to me.

It's Merlee...In Flopside, go to the fortune thing and then talk to her on the other side of the crystal ball. You'll know what to do next. It's a bore to do all of the stuff though. Piccolo is the Pixl (gives Mario the ability to change sound effects and heal certain status ailments). Oh, and when you get the key, go to the house in Flopside with a lock on it. It's to the left of the entrance of the pathway of the Mirror Hall place.
