Question for Super Paper Mario

Hi everyone,
Can someone please answer my question? I have asked three questions and noone answers them?

I finished Level 5-4 and I am looking for the 6th Heart but I cannot find it. The fortune teller says to go to flopside and break yellow block and I did but he also said to use a pixie to get small to go to a far distance and I will find something.
Please help! I cannot find the place to use Dottie and get small. Where do I go

Please soneone help me and answer my question I am really stuck!

After you break the block go down the pipe that appears. In 2D there is a sign that says basically "To Hero: Still stumped?! Try Flipping!".

Flip to 3D and you'll find a path going to the left DIRECTLY across from the sign. At the end of this path you have to use Dottie to get under a grey block in your way.

(Flipping in Flopside is opposite Flipside so finding the path can be awkward if you just try to walk from the pipe in 3D.)

After you get there go left where there is another block to break which will give you a red button to jump on. The button will give you the pillar!
