Ok You can get Luigi in 7-1 but how do I get him? I am stuck in 7-1 looking for Luvbi??? Some one pleas HELP

This question is a prime example of why the Walkthroughs section is on this site. It takes a much longer time to ask a question and wait for a response then it would to look it up in one of the many Walkthroughs. That being said, this is much too complicated to be able to explain in this answer. Your best bet is to go read a Walkthrough, people have spent a lot of time on those, and they're very detailed.
