1-3 the code

I've tried the whole pess - and 1 thing but it's not working for me help I've been stuck for 2 days now

You need to keep going to the level and find a blue platform (I think it's blue). Then you need to press - and 1 at the same time while on the platform and there you go.

Your not on a blue platform. I it says on the note.
