What world is Piccolo in, and how do you get him? I really want to know!!!!!

There is this whole side quest that you need to do to get him. It takes a while, but I think it's worth it. I recommend reading how to get him in a walkthrough, because I don't remember all of the steps, it was a long time ago.

Talk to Murvulee or Merlee, whichever one is in Flopside. Then that starts the sidequest. Like flippyflop said, read a walkthrough.
