So, I'm stuck on 8-2 where you have to beat Mimi with Peach and I'm so confused because It takes forever and I don't even feel like I'm making a dent and I'm all stocked with items to regenerate health and I end up using them all then I die... Is there some special trick to beating her? I know to use her parasole to block attacks and to use that pixi to through the rubees back at her, but it's still not working so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!

Did you try jumping on Mimi to get rid of the legs? I think that's how you do it.
It also helps to use down when usin peach to block all attacks
