I have climbed the first tree and opened the door at the top with the help of Bowser but I can't climb the second tree with the blue and pink platforms. I am not sure how to make them appear. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I have even been to the foretune teller but couldn't make sense of that either.

There should be a switch somewhere to activate the platforms.
