1. The highest level is 99 and I have no idea how many points are needed.
2. You mean Wracktail right? Just beat him the same way you beat Fracktail, with Thoreau.

1 the highest level is actually 100, hence the name pit of 100 trials
2. Use luigi to super jump and hit the antenna than stay on top the antenna till he knocks you off this is the easiest way to beat Wracktail.
