This is a very hard level to explain so let me just give you some pointers. Use Luigi to jump from cloud to cloud until you reach the door at the top of each stair. On stair 4, look for a door next to a Save Block. In there is a sleeping Peach. Find a black apple to give to her and she will wake up. Keep going but make sure you have a red apple in you stock. When you get to a cloud that is small, give him the red apple to make him big. That's the best I could explain it here.
