Where's The 3rd Pillar???

I have gotten through everything but now I can't get pass this, could any one tell me where the 3rd pillar is, please and thankyou

Flip and go to the outskirts of town. Keep going till you get to the pipe and go down there.go to the left all the way and use boomer to blow up the bricks on top of the pipe. Once your down there flip and go through the crackthats there. Now youve found the third pillar. [optional ask the fortune teller in flopside but it cost 25 coins.]
