(you must mean level 7 part 1) you must have Luigi. You should see two pipes on the way to queen Jaydes. Use Luigi's high jump on the pipes. Above that will be away to Luvbi. Hope this helps!

If you haven't gotten him yet, go to the bottom of the river twigz and flip to 3D and go into the hole. Use the key to get into the door. Keep moving on and you will find luigi
