I'm have been unable to trigger a single constellation scene. Any suggestions?

Cinnamon has to tell you about the constellation before you are able to see it. Just keep talking to her until she tells you about one. This can take a long time and get boring and/or frustrating. I'm not sure if it helps or not, but maybe if you have more points with her she is more likely to tell you, but as I said I am unsure of this. Just keep talking to her and you'll be able to see constellations soon enough.
