Is it better on the wii?

I've been thinking about buying this game but I wasn't sure what to get it for. I was wondering does motion controls make it any better or worse and, if it is harder to control or easier?

I personally find it much better on the Wii than on the Gamecube or PS2, but that's just me. To find the one for you, we would have to break each one down to answer your other questions, like so:

Gamecube: The first edition of RE4, also has the easiest to grasp controls (Compared to the PS2) and would be good for beginners, but doesn't have the bonus content that the Wii and PS2 carry.

PS2: Considered inferior to the Gamecube version at it's release due to lower resolution and graphics, but carried additional content.

Wii: Also has the bonus content the PS2 contains, but is declared much more fun to play with the motion controls creating a feel of "You're in the game." As far as how well the motion sensors work, I have this version and they work splendidly, moving as you move, no less and no more. The only fault one would find with this game is that person could not aim with the wii control well, which gets better with time. The controls are also simple to grasp. Though not as easy as the Gamecube version.

So it can be said like this:

Gamecube: If you don't think you can play the other ones well due to control limitations or awkwardness, get this one.

PS2: If you can't aim on the Wii edition to save your life and want the additional content, get this one.

Wii: If you have no problems with the aiming or controls on this version, it's the one you should get hands down.

It is by far better on the wii because it has the bonus content from the Ps2 and Gamecube versions as well as slightly improved graphics. And hey the motion controls add unknown speed and precision when it comes to aiming, plus they make the quick time events a whole lot easier.

Killer9898 answered:

So much better because of the motion and the reticule in the middle is all ways in the same position so unlike the play station 2 aiming (the little red light) it's easier to target people far away.

I personally think it is so much better on wii.The aiming is much better, especially for long range shots. The other people basiclly said it all.

wii is better. the remote IS your gun. it makes you feel like your actually in the game. you can swing your knife by just moving the wii like its the knife itself.
