Well if you start a new game a shotgun to the head will be good but if you have beatin the game the best is to save for the infinty rocket lancher

The easiest way that I have found is have your back to the doors of the village. That way nothing can come up behind you.. Take out all the small ones with head shots [aim to the right of the head]. Then carefully throw your granades and just bombard him till he dies.. Don't get close to him

Just shoot him ALOT and hopefully, he'll die. And you know, there's 3 chainsaw ganados in chapter 4-2.
