Well, just survive and when the try to climb through the window, knock the ladders down before they come up through the window. Make sure you have some first aid spray, mix green, red, and yellow herbs (make sure you have a lot). When you're you health is low, use the mixed herbs to both increase health and fully restore health. Shoot their legs to make them flinch and if you can run up to it and kick it to knock it back (if it's only one then you can knife it to death when it's on the ground). Switch weapons like the shotgun if they get too close and if you have some incendiary grenades use them. If more than one plaga pops out from their heads, don't waste bullets on them, use flash grenades (one will instantly kill them all). And the rest is to survive.
