How the hell do you change the difficulty cause I never fininshed the game n I'm playing at normal difficulty

The professional difficulty is unlocked when the game has been completed on normal once.

You have the choice of the Easy and Normal difficulties automatically. To unlock the Professional difficulty, beat the game on the Normal difficulty.

Theres no easy difficulty and you need to beat the game to unlock pro mode.
