What you need to do is get out your sniper rifle and then shoot out the chains around her, after you done this, pull out a different gun 2 kill the zombie type creatures trying to get to her..she will then try and open a door, but she needs a key...so kill the one in the red suit, and the rest of the zombies, then she will get the key and then open the door...you will then start a sub mission for ashley...good luck hope this helped

You do not get down to her, you play her and she comes to leon..

You have to use a rifle and snipe the zombies that are after her and then you can play as her.
