If you have a DS with Pokemon diamond or pearl, you can copy them onto the wii and battle with them instead of rental passes they give you on the game.

Like he said and you can use the wii wifi feature and battle your friends if you have a internet connection

Yes it is definetely worth getting, but it would be a good idea to have a nintendo DS and have either Pokemon diamond or pearl so you can copy your other Pokemon onto the game to use in battles. It would also be good if you had a internet connection so you can verse others over nintendo WFC.

Of course it's worth getting. And even more if you have a NDS and a Pokemon pearl or diamond game. In this game you battle 12 colosseums, each one with different mechanics. You can use your Pokemon from your ds games! Collect a lot of battle passes for more teams and more fun. And, using Mystery gift, you can recieve the rarest items, such as an starf berry(whch is very rare). Also you can battle with your friends using wi-fi connection! Hope this helps to decide yourself!
