I can't beat the sun set colloseum,and it's becase I can't use my Pokemon,also it says I have no continues,when I shold have 4,i pick one or two of my opponents Pokemon,but I still lose,iv made it past the Semifinal,but then lost,becase they make the pokemons speed wrong,or I thenk it's wrong,also how do I beat the final guy?

You get continues if you beat a trainer without any of your Pokemon fainting. You have to be smart about the Pokemon you choose.

You have to choose the right Pokemon and beat a trainer without letting your Pokemon faint. Hope this helps.

All you can do is take your time to check the chart of Pokemon available. For example, if there's 12 grass type Pokemon and 4 flying type Pokemon, you should use some flying Pokemon to take the advantage of the battle, and KO grass pokemon(since flying is super effective against grass). Always choose the Pokemon that are not weak against the other Pokemon in the chart, or select the ones that are effective against the other Pokemon on the select chart. Another advice, check the pokemon's moveset, you could get an ice Pokemon with no ice attacks. Hope this helps!
