I really need to know this. How do you unlock ultimate nine tailed Naruto and second state Sasuke? Please tell me a.s.a.p. Thank you.

What I did was actually complete everybodys solo missions. I did the first three then the last three.Mabey 800 battles.
You unlock them by getting theirs mission clompletion over 50% each.
The first three then the last three missions with hinata, neji, (yes neji)naruto, and sasuke with jonnin or higher. Or do 850 battle to unlock everyone
