Okay to do that technic all you nned to do is press down on the nunchuck and the special technic button. On the gamecube controller press donw with the controll stick and x. Hope this helps. :)

First get asumas health down about 3/4s of the total amount.
Then do a down special(nunchuck:special and hold down on joy stick, I don't know others.

I used range attacks,such as throwing kunis or what I
would suggest, double jumping and slamming down on him.Then when your
Chackura is full press +down and wait for him to attack.Butt if Asuma
Attacks using his rasers the jutsu wont work.
